Guy Maseritz is a business lawyer in private practice in Columbia, Maryland
since 1978. Areas of concentration include contracts, business formation,
copyright and trademark protection, private placement of securities, buying
and selling of businesses, and estate planning. He served as chief of the
Legislative Unit of the Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice, and
staff attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He is
licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
